Everything happening within the spectrum of our attention is having an effect on our emotional state in any moment.  The more distractions we have, the more we are unfiltered and living in a type of chaos that has become our "normal".


Some days the going is easy, other's we are haranged by anxiety and our stress levels, our tolerance levels are challenged by the simplest of tasks or repetitive routines because our mind is in the present moment but we have most likely been triggered to feel the effects of a past experience.  Life becomes a battle and the daily grind is miserable.


To take back our power, our control we need to see what's causing the chaos, the abnormal 'normal' we have come to accept.
